Inspection and repair allowances increase by the selected inflation rate.
Planned improvement
Protection and end-of-term component allowances are added separately.
Important: A financial reserve does not replace immediate isolation and competent assessment of damage. Unsafe rack cannot remain in use because repair was not budgeted.
